Sully Group responded to a public invitation to tender to provide IT services in Agile mode. We're strengthening the skills and production capacity of teams in the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté academic region.

The main tasks involve :

• Implementation work: design, development, testing, packaging;
• Support for project management and coordination;
• Dissemination activities (support, training, documentation, AMOA, etc.);
• Operational tasks;
• Occasional expertise.

The Inter-Academic Information Systems Department carries out academic missions for the benefit of professional services, departmental services and educational establishments. It employs over 170 staff (50 at the Besançon site and 120 at the Dijon site), organized into 8 departments.

The IT Department also carries out a national IT management mission on behalf of the Direction du Numérique pour l'Éducation (DNE). The national projects and products department groups 80 resources into 4 teams.

Our strength was to propose local teams, located in the Region, which met 3 challenges:

• The ability to work in Agile and in mixed teams (resources from the Academic Region, Sully and the other contract holders).
• The versatility of our teams, with employees skilled in a wide variety of professions and technologies.
• Our consulting capabilities to improve, optimize and standardize production, qualification, integration and distribution practices.

My role is to :

• Suggest team members with the skills required to meet the specific needs of each project.
• Maintain and upgrade team skills in line with current and future needs.
• Set up the resources needed to carry out the work.
• Ensure the dissemination of and compliance with best practices and quality standards.
• Maintain a team with the required level of skills and profiles.
