An adapted organization The team is made up of 3 divisions:  Management: 14 operating pilots take turns in teams of 2, in order to ensure hourly coverage on a 5x8 24/7 schedule covering an international perimeter. The team handles all supervisory alerts and resolves them by following detailed operating procedures.  Analysis: 2 operational analysts ensure the quality of delivery and analysis of the work done in the previous days and prepare the next ones. They also report back information and highlights via daily reporting. Supervision : The team leader is present during the day to lead and manage the overall team. He is also the main contact on the client side to communicate information via monthly steering committees. Commitments to the customer Sully Group is committed to its customers to ensure the supervision and the MCO of the infrastructures throughout the year with a maximum reactivity. Service Level Agreements (SLA) are set up to measure the availability of teams and the time taken to respond to alerts on a monthly basis. Customized tools  DCR can rely on the supervision and reporting tools of its customers, but also has specialized tools hosted internally and based on market-leading technologies. Supervision, but not only! If the supervision of the infrastructures is the main mission of the DCR, we propose in addition other services to relieve the teams of higher levels such as: application deliveries, maintenance tasks in HNO (non working hours), security campaigns... A springboard for pilots The job of operations pilot offers our employees a very broad vision of the IT infrastructure business. Whether they are young graduates or people who are changing careers, pilots quickly identify the technical field in which they wish to develop. During the Cyber World Clean Up Day, a challenge in favor of a more respectful digital world, we organized two workshops with our employees: A workshop to clean up digital data A workshop to raise awareness of digital equipment recycling (WEEE: Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment) 657 GB of files and emails were deleted. Our employees were also able to become aware of the issues and identify good practices on a daily basis.  As part of our CSR approach, responsible digital actions are implemented throughout the year in our branches.

Facilitating mobility in Grenoble

Since 2009, Sully Group has been a privileged local partner of SMMAG, Syndicat Mixte des Mobilités de l'Aire Grenobloise, by intervening for the deployment of Mobility as a Service on the perimeter of Grenoble Metropolis, Grésivaudan and Pays Voironnais. This project had met a strong and current demand related to sustainable development and respect for the environment and continues to do so.  Among various needs, we developed a mobile application "M - Traveler Info" to allow users, including people with reduced mobility, to visualize an itinerary according to previously chosen modes of transport and the amount of CO2 emitted.  In 2018, this project was even selected by the "Europe 1 Trophies for the Future". As a reminder, these trophies honor women and men researchers, students, entrepreneurs, writers, citizens, elected officials who want to actively participate in the construction of a more sustainable and harmonious society.

  Liferay is a software editor offering a set of open source portal, content management, social collaboration and B2B online commerce solutions, based on the Java language. Sully Group made this technological choice a few years ago to meet the needs of sustainable digital design for some of our customers' projects. The Liferay Symposium is the event dedicated to the customer experience during which it is possible to attend multiple conferences and to obtain keys to carry out digital projects guaranteeing the viability and competitiveness of companies. The appointment had been given to invite anyone interested in these topics to come and "see" us on our virtual booth on November 18 and 19 during the digital edition of this Symposium Liferay 2020 edition. We are experts in Esri products and have been an official partner since 2017. As such, we took part in the SIG 2023 trade show, which is being held remotely from 09 to 13 October 2023. Our GeoData team was well represented at this exhibition dedicated to the uses of Geo and the Geographic dimension to present our GIS offer.  We also gave a presentation at the ESRI conferences with our customer Axione, entitled "GFIELD: Application ecosystem for FFTH deployment", the subject of which was the GFIELD application. DuoDay 2023 chez Sully

Sully s’implique en faveur de l’inclusion et de l’emploi des personnes en situation de handicap, dans le cadre de notre Mission Handicap. Pour poursuivre nos actions, nous avons décidé de participer à l’évènement national DuoDay : une journée consacrée à la découverte et à la création d’opportunités professionnelles tout en faisant évoluer le regard sur le handicap. Un engagement pérenne Nous avons à cœur de sensibiliser les équipes sur la thématique du handicap. Nous sommes convaincus que les personnes en situation de handicap sont un facteur de progrès dans le monde professionnel. Dans le cadre de sa Mission Handicap, Sully s’engage au travers de différentes actions, le DuoDay est l’une d’entre elles. Cette opération s'est déroulée durant la 27ᵉ Semaine Européenne pour l’Emploi des Personnes Handicapées (SEEPH) du 20 au 26 novembre 2023. Le DuoDay est bien plus qu'une simple initiative, c'est une réelle opportunité pour les entreprises d'ouvrir leurs portes à des talents souvent sous représentés : les personnes en situation de handicap. Cet évènement favorise leur inclusion dans le monde du travail, en leur offrant la possibilité de participer activement à une journée de travail aux côtés de professionnels expérimentés. Jacques-André et Julien ont pu découvrir nos métiers liés au développement informatique, dans notre Entreprise de Services du Numérique (ESN), tels que : Développeur web Développeur SIG Chef de projets Responsable d’application AMOE (Assistance à maîtrise d’œuvre) Cette journée DuoDay a été une véritable réussite grâce à la participation active de chacun d'entre vous. Nous avons pu constater combien les duos formés entre personnes en situation de handicap et professionnels ont été fructueux et porteurs de belles rencontres. Les binômes témoignent de leurs expériences lors de cette journée DuoDay

Mélina PAULETTO, recruitment manager at the Chambéry branch, and referent of this partnership, explains its objective.  The University of Savoie Mont Blanc (USMB) is a major player in terms of IT training, some of which are infrastructure-oriented, such as office automation, telecom networks, network system administration and security, software design, development and testing...  These courses accompany students from the Bachelor of Technology (B.U.T) to the Master and Doctorate. This is why Sully Group joined the Club des Entreprises de l'Université Savoie Mont Blanc in January 2022, bringing together several schools from Annecy to Chambéry.

School relationship: IPI Lyon and Sully Group

The IPI, a computer science school, offers students professional training that covers a wide spectrum of IT professions: developers, network administrators, software engineering, etc.  For the past 5 years, we have established a school relationship partnership with the IPI because we wish to support students. Our ambition is to encourage the training of young talent in the digital professions. Émilie Pays, Recruitment Manager of the Lyon branch, who is in charge of this partnership, is happy to welcome to Sully each year students on work-study programs from various IPI Lyon courses.   On Friday, April 29, Anthony HARE, Recruitment Manager at the Lyon branch, and Kevin POSE, Applications Manager, attended the JobDating organized by IPI Lyon. The objective of this forum was to present Sully to the students and to meet our future students! Sully is present at the school's events, which take place throughout the year.

L’ESGI, École Supérieure de Génie Informatique, créée en 1983. Elle permet aux étudiants de se professionnaliser, grâce à des formations accessibles en alternance à partir du Bac. L'école entretient des relations étroites avec le monde de l'entreprise et forme ses étudiants aux évolutions de l’informatique en s’adaptant aux besoins du secteur. En janvier 2022, Sully Group a tracé une nouvelle voie en rejoignant le Club des Entreprises de l'Université Savoie Mont Blanc (USMB). Un partenariat qui célèbre aujourd'hui son deuxième anniversaire. Cette adhésion a été un catalyseur pour l’ensemble de nos participations aux évènements de l’Université : forums étudiants, tables rondes, mentorat, mécénat et beaucoup d’autres initiatives visant à renforcer le lien entre le monde académique et nos métiers. Découvrir et s’immerger : Deux années d'échanges et de collaboration Depuis notre adhésion, Sully a pris part à plusieurs formats d’échanges d’envergure offrant aux étudiants l'occasion de s'immerger dans le monde professionnel. Ces événements ont été moteurs d’idées et de discussions inspirantes, ils ont nettement renforcé notre engagement envers l'éducation et l'innovation. Inclusion : L'Agefiph et JLO restituent le Diagnostic Action de Sully

Il y a un an, pour avoir une analyse extérieure sur notre politique d'inclusion, nous rencontrions Nicole SAUNIER de l'Agefiph (Association de Gestion du Fonds pour l’Insertion Professionnelle des Personnes Handicapées), qui nous proposait de lancer un Diagnostic Action Inclusion. En avril 2022, nous lancions cette étude, accompagnés de Frédéric BASTIEN et Jean-Philippe MARTIN du cabinet JLO, experts en conseil RH, QVT et Inclusion : Une phase de cadrage au printemps 2022. Une réunion de lancement avec le Comité de pilotage Sully, le 1er juin. Des entretiens individuels avec différents acteurs de Sully Group : référents Handicap, recrutement, RH, communication, assistantes, managers... tout au long de l'année 2022. Des ateliers menés avec des groupes de travail sur le recrutement, l'intégration, la sensibilisation, la RQTH, la gouvernance... à l'automne 2022. Des restitutions régulières au Comité de pilotage Sully. Le 23 février 2023, la restitution du Diagnostic Action nous était faite par Nicole SAUNIER et Frédéric BASTIEN, sur la base d'un rapport final incluant une analyse, des préconisations et un plan d'actions. Sur cette base, nous allons pouvoir améliorer notre politique d'inclusion en faveur des personnes en situation de handicap, de l'égalité professionnelle entre les femmes et les hommes, de l'emploi des seniors et de toute la diversité qui font la force de notre société.

Aix-Marseille and Bordeaux for a Sensational evening!

On Tuesday, December 13, the Aix-Marseille and Bordeaux agency parties took place at Sensas. Invited to an extra-sensory adventure session, the employees showed an outstanding collaboration! After a presentation of the company and its prospects, a cocktail party, the animation was a sensation!  Thank you to the Sensas establishments in Bordeaux and Marseille for their warm welcome. The evening was rich in emotions for Noëmie COSNEFROY, Scrum Master in Aix-Marseille: "I managed to overcome my claustrophobia in an escape game and have a great evening like everyone else. It's thanks to the Sully team. Thank you team!" For Thomas JUZANX, designer, developer and engineer in Bordeaux, it was an excellent moment of cohesion combining fun, challenge and relaxation: "It was necessary to take courage in both hands for tests which put us in full sight." Annecy, Chambéry and Grenoble in Guinguette

On Tuesday, September 20, the Annecy, Chambéry and Grenoble agencies met for a Guinguette evening! Our employees enjoyed the Indian summer in the garden of the Guinguette du Pont Rouge. This evening was the opportunity to communicate information about Sully and the prospects before attacking a gourmet and festive program! Between magic tricks, petanque and a concert by the Priscillia Sisters, the good atmosphere was present! Opinion shared by our collaborators, Lucie, Laurick and Nicolas. Nicolas PARIS, Network Administrator for a client, discovered the agency parties and was seduced: "Coming from a sector where this does not exist, I discovered the concept of agency evenings on September 20th. Beyond having spent an excellent evening, very well organized, in a very nice setting, I was able to discover all the projects in progress and meet or see again all those who make up this beautiful Alpes agency!  A wonderful evening!" Our Outsourcing Offer Manager, Lucie DESLOT, underlines the closeness between the employees: "It was great to get together and meet all these people that we don't see or meet very often at the agency! The evening was super friendly in a Guinguette spirit and I am still pleasantly surprised by the simplicity of the management who came to spend time with us! Strasbourg is on fire!

Thursday, September 8, was the occasion for the Strasbourg agency to meet and celebrate the start of the new school year together!  The agency evening took place in a friendly atmosphere with a little Provencal air.  After many shots, to reward our petanquists, tasty flambéed tarts were to be shared!  Thanks to the BPCO association of Oberschaeffolsheim for the organization of the pétanque tournament and Les Flambées Tradition for the gourmet meal. Celebrating the recovery together, this is what delighted Élodie PERREAUT, Business Engineer: "It is always nice to get together, especially after the summer period. Even if my level of petanque is not exceptional, the good atmosphere and the tarts flambées allowed us to spend a very nice evening. In addition, we were lucky enough to have new employees with us, so they were able to discover the Sully atmosphere and for us to get to know them better." For Marie LEHMANN, Recruitment Officer, the evening was very pleasant: "It was nice to be able to get together after the summer. We were able to get to know the new employees and we enjoyed the last rays of sunshine! The petanque + aperitif evening allowed us to have a good time and to taste some very good tarts flambées!" For our new recruits, Amélie, Maëlle and Alban, the observation is the same, it's an opportunity to meet and exchange with the colleagues of the agency. For Maëlle ANSTETT, Human Resources Assistant on a work-study program: "It was a convivial moment followed by a good meal. I had just joined Sully Group a few days ago and I was able to put faces to names and get to know everyone. What more could I ask for to start a new job?"  Amélie SACCOMANDI, Conceptor-Developer on a work-study program, praises the originality of the activity: "Super original idea on the part of Sully with this pétanque evening followed by good tarts flambées, where we were able to have a good laugh and get to know each other better by mixing the teams and talking with people from the different divisions." And Alban ISIEGAS Designer-Developer: "The petanque evening at Sully was very successful, the atmosphere was friendly and good-natured. Having only been here a few months, it was an opportunity for me to meet the team in a more informal setting. And to top it all off, very good tarts flambées!"  

Paris has its head in the clouds

The Paris agency party took place on Thursday, June 23, in the largest leisure center in Europe, La Tête Dans Les Nuages. Our Parisian employees were able to enjoy themselves in an atmosphere dedicated to leisure.  To everyone's delight, access to the 180 attractions was a great success. Through the different environments (shooting games, races, sports challenges, the 4D / 3D experience and the kids' world), the atmosphere was guaranteed! In the heart of the capital, the playful and friendly atmosphere seduced! Auréline JOURDE, Business Engineer in charge of the organization of this event with our collaborator Audrey COSTE, came back on this evening:  "It was a very good moment of sharing and conviviality. This meeting allowed us to get the latest information about the company, to exchange around a gourmet buffet and to have fun during the games. This evening allowed our employees to get together, get to know each other and discuss their different missions. A pleasant evening, which we hope to repeat very soon!" Ghislain DOYEMET, GIS Project Manager, took part in this evening and indicates how he experienced it:  "The agency evening took place in a super nice setting, many employees came which was really appreciable. The Bordeaux agency blows out its first candle

Last September 21st was the occasion to celebrate the first anniversary of the Bordeaux agency and to meet in a good atmosphere. One year earlier, Frédéric CHAUVIN created the agency ready to take up new challenges despite an uncertain context. A successful bet! The ambition to offer digital services with human values works. One year later, 16 employees joined the adventure in premises of more than 120 m². Thanks to the technical expertise of our Bordeaux team, the agency now has 3 application development and maintenance packages and 7 technical assistance missions.  We thank our customers for their trust.

Culinary evening for Strasbourg

Thursday, December 15, was a time of celebration for the end of the year at the Strasbourg agency! Our employees dressed up in their best Christmas sweaters and made a Secret Santa. Then, they met at Cuisine Aptitude to cook dinner. Atmosphere and team spirit guaranteed, during this holiday season. Like a brigade, each collaborator had his role in the preparation of the meal until the service. Congratulations to our apprentice cooks who made for the menu: Perfect egg, creamy cauliflower, smoked trout and hazelnuts Mushroom risotto and sautéed prawns with arugula pesto Pears poached in red wine and mascarpone cream with cinnamon A successful evening for our employees and their taste buds! On Thursday, May 5, the FranceAgriMer project team met to welcome the newcomers. The afternoon began with a plenary meeting with the FranceAgriMer team. It was an opportunity to present the new market (renewed end of 2021) in its entirety: history, scope, organization and objectives.  It was above all a moment of exchange and sharing of knowledge between all the collaborators of the project. Each Application Manager was able to introduce the applications for which they are responsible. In total, 32 applications were presented. Customer satisfaction is a priority in our business relationships. This contract has been one of the Service Center's great successes for more than 4 years. The day ended in a friendly atmosphere with apéritifs and a game of pétanque!

Sully Group moves to Lyon Gerland

La soirée d’agence d'Aix-Marseille a eu lieu le jeudi 27 avril dans les locaux de l’agence. Une vraie opportunité de se retrouver ensemble pour profiter des beaux jours. Un cocktail dinatoire à l’extérieur était dressé puis la soirée jeux a pu débuter ! Chacun a pu profiter des jeux de société ou de rôle dans les différents espaces de l’agence. La soirée fut particulièrement appréciée, dans une ambiance festive et ludique.   Denis TRIPLET, Testeur QA, la soirée était : « excellente : avec une très bonne ambiance ! J'ai pu découvrir des nouveaux jeux que je ne connaissais pas. Et des personnes que je n'avais pas encore rencontrées ! Cette soirée m'a encore plus conforté que je ne l'étais déjà dans l'idée que j'ai bien fait de rejoindre Sully à Aix-Marseille ! » Pour sa deuxième soirée d'agence, Mejdy EL HARRADE, Ingénieur développeur d'applications web, ces soirées d'agence sont des rendez-vous à ne pas manquer ! : « C'est ma deuxième à Aix-en-Provence et c'était encore un plaisir cette soirée jeux !
