An adapted organization The team is made up of 3 divisions:  Management: 14 operating pilots take turns in teams of 2, in order to ensure hourly coverage on a 5x8 24/7 schedule covering an international perimeter. The team handles all supervisory alerts and resolves them by following detailed operating procedures.  Analysis: 2 operational analysts ensure the quality of delivery and analysis of the work done in the previous days and prepare the next ones. They also report back information and highlights via daily reporting. Supervision : The team leader is present during the day to lead and manage the overall team. He is also the main contact on the client side to communicate information via monthly steering committees. Commitments to the customer Sully Group is committed to its customers to ensure the supervision and the MCO of the infrastructures throughout the year with a maximum reactivity. Service Level Agreements (SLA) are set up to measure the availability of teams and the time taken to respond to alerts on a monthly basis. Customized tools  DCR can rely on the supervision and reporting tools of its customers, but also has specialized tools hosted internally and based on market-leading technologies. Supervision, but not only! If the supervision of the infrastructures is the main mission of the DCR, we propose in addition other services to relieve the teams of higher levels such as: application deliveries, maintenance tasks in HNO (non working hours), security campaigns... A springboard for pilots The job of operations pilot offers our employees a very broad vision of the IT infrastructure business. Whether they are young graduates or people who are changing careers, pilots quickly identify the technical field in which they wish to develop. La conférence COMPAS est la conférence francophone en recherche informatique qui couvre les domaines du Parallélisme, de l’Architecture et des Systèmes. Depuis 2013, cet évènement regroupe trois conférences : ·    RenPar (Rencontres francophones du Parallélisme) ·    SympA (Symposium en Architectures nouvelles de machines) ·    CFSE (Conférence Française en Systèmes d’Exploitation) Chaque année, le programme riche et varié offre des contributions de grande qualité ainsi que des moments privilégiés pour favoriser les échanges entre chercheurs confirmés, jeunes chercheurs et industriels. Cet événement constitue une véritable opportunité pour les participants d'approfondir leurs connaissances, d'échanger sur leurs travaux et de découvrir les dernières avancées scientifiques dans ce domaine. Un temps de présentation de leurs travaux est alloué aux chercheurs pour partager leur expertise avec d’autres scientifiques. La présence d'acteurs industriels lors de cette conférence permet d'établir un lien direct entre le monde académique et celui de l'industrie. Les échanges entre ces deux sphères sont essentiels pour favoriser le transfert des connaissances et encourager l'innovation. Le Salon H’Expo, au sein du Congrès annuel du Mouvement Hlm, rassemble plus de 10 000 décideurs du secteur de l’habitat social. Organismes Hlm, bureaux d’études, architectes, partenaires institutionnels, industriels et prestataires de services se rencontrent pour partager innovations et expériences lors de cet événement.  Réelle opportunité stratégique d’échange avec les acteurs économiques et sociaux, organisée par l’Union sociale pour l’habitat. Michel LE BRAS, President of the ORYX Group, the third largest independent real estate group in France, shares his testimony on his collaboration with Sully Group. Since 2021, the Oryx Group, from which the proprietes.privees.com brand is derived, has entrusted the development of its mobile applications to Sully Group. During the Cyber World Clean Up Day, a challenge in favor of a more respectful digital world, we organized two workshops with our employees: A workshop to clean up digital data A workshop to raise awareness of digital equipment recycling (WEEE: Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment) 657 GB of files and emails were deleted. Our employees were also able to become aware of the issues and identify good practices on a daily basis.  As part of our CSR approach, responsible digital actions are implemented throughout the year in our branches. 

Cross interview between Marine VESTON, Head of repositories of the RATP infrastructure manager, and Lucile CHOMAZ, Head of our GeoData offer. They testify to the collaboration between our two companies. The RATP has entrusted Sully Group with the management of GIS applications. Sully intervenes in the design and maintenance of applications that are used daily by Marine's employees.
