Sully Group Lille: Charles Dernoncourt takes over as branch manager
March 11, 2025

Sully Group is pleased to welcome Charles DERNONCOURT, the new Manager of the Lille branch. He tells us about his project.
Charles, what's your background?
After training in international trade, IT and management, I quickly moved into engineering consulting and digital services for companies:
- First as a Business engineer with CAP Gemini in Paris - Industry Operations Division/Aerospace sector.
- I then worked for several ESNs in Lille: Ajilon IT Consulting, Norsys, and BK Consulting where I held positions as Sales Engineer and Branch Manager.
- More recently, I worked for Acial/Qestit, a specialist in software testing, for 7 years as Director of the Northern branch for Lille and Brussels.
- In mid-January 2025, I joined the Sully Group team to take over management of the Lille branch.
A commercial and managerial background: with 20 years' experience in IT, digital services, consulting, business development and customer relations, I want to use my skills to strengthen Sully Group's position in the Nord region. What motivates me most of all is to be able to develop our business through our expertise, and establish a partnership of trust with our customers. But also, and above all, to work closely with our teams to build strong, lasting links, stimulate exchanges, individual inspiration, collective performance and conviviality.
What are your plans for Sully Group in Lille?
The stakes for the Nord region are high, and when Managing Director Sébastien presented the project to me, I was particularly interested, and we quickly agreed on common goals and values.
Lille's IT ecosystem is very dense: industry players such as OVH, Cap Gemini, Microsoft and IBM have made the city their home, enabling us to grow alongside local nuggets. The industry is also taking shape thanks to local collaborative initiatives such as Syntec numérique, AD2N, Cap Digital, the Cité de l'IA and Invest In Digital People. Many projects are emerging in the fields of artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, cloud, open data and e-commerce.
We work alongside major players in retail and e-commerce, as well as with other companies in the banking, finance and insurance sectors. Even if the retail sector is currently experiencing difficulties, we are seeing new challenges and encouraging prospects. Retail is reinventing itself, the business model is changing. New concepts are being created to meet consumer expectations. Retailers need to be supported in this revolution if they are to remain competitive and adapted to today's standards of consumer behavior.
For Sully Group in Lille, there will be plenty of opportunities to meet and exchange ideas, and to work on innovative projects.
What are your goals for this year?
My primary objective is to introduce Sully Group and our expertise to new customers, and support them in their projects.
I've also set myself growth targets, and we're looking to recruit several experts this year, strengthen our teams, and above all give our employees the means to grow, train, work as a team, blossom and enjoy moments of conviviality together! We're looking for motivated men and women who want to come and share our ambitions and values. Several positions are currently open at Sully Group in Lille and are available on our website.
A more personal word to conclude?
In the world of work, I think it's important to know your own values so you can translate them into action, set yourself ambitious goals, try to bounce back from difficulties, learn every day, and turn pressure into an ally. To always draw on the most precious of energies: pleasure!
