New EcoVadis medal for Sully Group
February 10, 2026
Meeting with Elsa Blahay to discuss Sully's new EcoVadis medal
Sully has just taken another step forward in its CSR approach by obtaining a new EcoVadis medal, backed up by a significant improvement in its overall performance. Elsa, our CSR manager, looks back at the progress made, the key points of this new assessment, and the outlook for the future.
Sully has just been awarded a new EcoVadis medal, along with a significant improvement in its rating. Can you tell us more about this ?
Yes, absolutely. We have just gone from 69/100 to 72/100, which is a great improvement. We are improving in each of the four areas assessed by EcoVadis: environment, social and human rights, ethics, and responsible procurement. This is progress on all fronts, which is particularly encouraging. This performance also places us in the top 7% of companies in our sector, namely programming, IT, and consulting.
What are the main drivers behind this growth ?
On the environmental front, the key development was clearly the completion of our first carbon footprint assessment. This enabled us to accurately report our Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions for the year 2024. Using this data, we worked with Greenly to develop a comprehensive environmental roadmap that lays the foundations for our progress.
We have also strengthened our regulatory compliance: our energy audits now cover Vincennes, Saint-Priest, and Schiltigheim, bringing us up to date with our obligations. And then we took an important step forward with the switch to green electricity, with Elmy.
Finally, thanks to Élise, we are able to accurately measure our waste.
What about actions taken in the social and human rights areas ?
In this area, we consolidated what we already had in place. We updated and supplemented several internal documents, particularly those relating to social dialogue, in order to establish a clearer framework for our operations.
One area that was given greater prominence this year was skills-based sponsorship (for example, with Les Ptits Doudous), which we now carry out in a more visible manner, with more results to present in the EcoVadis report.
Finally, a decisive factor was the provision of all the evidence requested. Two years ago, some documents were not provided, which penalized us. This time, our rigorous documentation clearly paid off.
EcoVadis also assessed your ethical approach. What progress have you made ?
We have enhanced our ethics policy, particularly with regard to risks. We conducted a collective analysis to identify the ethical risks we may face, assess their impact, and determine who is responsible for them.
We have also begun awareness-raising initiatives among managers and business engineers, who are most exposed to these risks. Although some actions have not yet been fully implemented, the intention and framework are clearly in place, and EcoVadis has recognized this.
We also regularly monitor various ethical issues through dedicated reporting.
Have you taken any new steps in the area of responsible purchasing ?
We have strengthened our monitoring of suppliers and subcontractors through more structured evidence. We use a third-party platform, e-attestation, which centralizes administrative documents and allows certain suppliers to complete a CSR questionnaire.
This improved organization has contributed to Sully's higher rating in this pillar.
What are the next steps in your CSR approach ?
We still need to further structure our CSR roadmap, as EcoVadis expects our ambitions to be clearly outlined, documented, and shared internally. We will also need to work on quantifying our actions, particularly in terms of carbon emissions.
Certifications are another area for future improvement.
Any final thoughts ?
I believe this progress shows that our approach is consistent, serious, and above all, collective. EcoVadis is a leading assessor, and this medal confirms that our efforts are recognized, which is very motivating for the future.
