Expert DBA SQL Server (H/F) à Lyon

Dans le cadre d’un besoin ponctuel d’expertise, notre client recherche un DBA SQL Server confirmé pour réaliser un audit complet des environnements SQL Server et définir une stratégie solide de Plan de Reprise d’Activité.

La mission s’inscrit dans un contexte à forts enjeux de performance, disponibilité et continuité de service.

Vos missions

  • Auditer l’architecture et les performances des environnements MS SQL Server
  • Analyser, optimiser et sécuriser les réplications SQL Server avancées
  • Diagnostiquer les problématiques de performance (requêtes, index, plans d’exécution)
  • Construire ou renforcer la stratégie PRA (sauvegardes, bascule, RPO/RTO)
  • Produire des recommandations et accompagner les équipes dans leur mise en œuvre

Parlons de vous

  • DBA SQL Server confirmé (5+ ans) avec expertise approfondie en réplications avancées
  • Solide maîtrise du tuning SQL, indexation et haute disponibilité
  • Expérience en environnements critiques (e-commerce, trafic élevé)
  • Capacité à mener un audit structuré et à formaliser un plan d’action clair
  • Autonomie, rigueur, pédagogie et bon relationnel
