En mission chez notre client basé à Rumilly, vous intervenez comme technicien support N2 sur du Support de proximité N2.

Vos missions

  • Assurer le support de proximité auprès des utilisateurs en respectant les engagements de service,

  • Gérer et diagnostiquer les demandes d’intervention, les enregistrer, les orienter ou les résoudre,

  • Renouveler le parc informatique des utilisateurs (smartphones, PC),

  • Participer aux projets d’infrastructure (MAJ Windows 11, déménagements, renouvellement des imprimantes, etc.),

  • Maintenir à jour le référentiel du parc informatique local,

Stack technique

  • O365, TANIUM, AD, Itop (CMDB) et MDM.

  • PC Industriels
