Support and test technician (M/F) in Lyon
As part of a reinforcement of our teams within our Service Center, we are looking for a Support and Test Technician (M/F).
Our teams work either in project mode, or in evolutionary and corrective maintenance on web applications for our customers from different fields of activity: agriculture, environment, energy, housing
Your missions
You will work within a TMA team on the following missions
Participate in qualification tests on the application (70% of the activity)
- Design: writing test sheets and scenarios
- Execute tests and record anomalies.
- Follow up on anomalies and corrections.
Functional support on business applications (20% of the activity)
- User support (via tickets opened with a reception service)
- Take charge of the requests, qualify the criticality, contact the requester if additional information is needed
- Handle tickets (incident reproduction, diagnosis, response, escalation of requests that cannot be handled by level 3 support)
- Capitalize and maintain the knowledge base
This position is available on a permanent basis at our Saint-Priest agency and it is possible to work up to 3 days from home.

- To be able to join us, you must have at least 1 year of experience in a similar position.
- You have a functional mastery of applications is essential to dialogue with all interlocutors.
- You have a good knowledge of SQL commands
