Sully Group is continuing its development in Nantes and is recruiting a Technical Project Manager (M/F), to support its clients in the region on their application development and maintenance projects.

As the main contact for the client and/or the PO, you will be the facilitator of the technical team, whether it be in understanding the project, the organization or in sharing good development practices. 

Your missions

• Planning of sprints, organization of ceremonies
• Diffuse and facilitate internal communication
• Be proactive in analyzing obstacles and blocking elements
• Ensure that the project budget and risks are respected
• Know how to communicate internally and externally, on organizational and contractual points, as well as on technical subjects
• Write and present progress reports
• Alert internal and client departments to the risks that your project may encounter

Technical Stack

• Knowledge of at least one of the Java / .Net / PHP platforms
• Agile methodology - Scrum
• Team leadership and project planning

• Initially an experienced developer, you have been evolving for at least 3 years as a technical project manager and/or Scrum Master
• A natural communicator, you like to work in a team, you are rigorous, methodical and involved in projects
