Project Director (M/F) in Lyon

In order to support our projects and the growth of our Service Center, we are recruiting a Project Manager.
You will manage one or more contracts carried out on behalf of our clients in the Service Center.

Your missions  

• To deliver quality projects in compliance with costs and deadlines 
• Manage the risks of the contract, issue alerts, develop and follow up the action plan 
• Ensure the contractual follow-up of the project (follow-up of the contract, modifications, proposal and negotiation) 
• Implement, monitor and challenge performance and customer and/or internal satisfaction indicators 
• Schedule and manage the project teams in a transverse manner
• Evaluate and develop employees working on projects 
• Participate in pre-sales by contributing your know-how and experience feedback

Let's talk about you!

• You have more than 10 years of experience in an IT service center as a Project Manager or Project Director for at least 2 years.  
• You master the processes of maintenance and application realization, quality and security approaches, risk management and customer relations.
• You have a solid knowledge of management, administration and accounting and are familiar with office automation and project management tools.
• Responsible, autonomous and rigorous, you have a good sense of negotiation and know how to be diplomatic.
• You are methodical, organized and have good writing skills. 
• You have good interpersonal skills, you enjoy working and leading teams.
