Local support technician (M/F) in Sochaux

As part of a new contract, we are looking for a Desktop and Network Support Technician to provide day-to-day support to users in a logistics warehouse near Sochaux.
You will be part of a global support and project team (5 people) within the IT department of one of our major customers.

Your missions 

• Provide user support on office / network issues
• Install and maintain the computer park and associated network equipment
• Participate in the deployment and installation of technical solutions
• Participate in the implementation and evolution of internal tools and systems
• Ensure coordination with other teams managing the information system: N2 application team, project team, etc. 
• Evaluate, enrich and test operating modes in degraded mode of the IS and its equipment, in order to ensure that the activity is not affected by IT contingencies
• Generate a report for the Service Delivery Manager of the contract
• Participate in cross-functional team meetings
• Occasional travel will be required. A vehicle will be provided.

• You have proven experience in the field of support and deployment in the field of office automation / network
• You wish to invest yourself on a long term basis in a rewarding activity mixing logistics and automotive
• You are autonomous and enjoy responsibilities
• Responsible, autonomous and rigorous, you have a good sense of negotiation and are diplomatic.
• You are methodical, organized and have good technical skills in Windows, LAN/WAN, Citrix, VMware and Cisco environments
• You have good interpersonal skills, you like to work in a team
