Thursday, December 15, was a time of celebration for the end of the year at the Strasbourg agency!
Our employees dressed up in their best Christmas sweaters and made a Secret Santa. Then, they met at Cuisine Aptitude to cook dinner. Atmosphere and team spirit guaranteed, during this holiday season.
Like a brigade, each collaborator had his role in the preparation of the meal until the service. Congratulations to our apprentice cooks who made for the menu:
- Perfect egg, creamy cauliflower, smoked trout and hazelnuts
- Mushroom risotto and sautéed prawns with arugula pesto
- Pears poached in red wine and mascarpone cream with cinnamon
- A successful evening for our employees and their taste buds!
For Christophe GOUDEY, Project Director, this evening was convivial: "We spent a great moment of conviviality between the preparation of the meal in a good mood and guided by the teams of Cuisine Aptitude, the exchange of gifts and the inevitable ugly sweaters (we had champions) of Christmas.
