Agency Manager (M/F) in Lille

From its headquarters in Lyon and its various agencies and offices covering the regions of Île de France, Grand-Est, Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, Nouvelle-Aquitaine, Provence, Pays de la Loire, Morocco and Canada, Sully Group aims to continue its geographical development in Hauts-de-France.

In this context, we are looking for the future manager of our agency in this territory!

Your missions

You will be in charge of laying the foundations of your future agency, in particular through the following actions

• Definition of the positioning of your agency on the local market,
• Opening, development and loyalty of your customer accounts,
• Monitoring the production of services,
• Recruitment and management of your team.

You will be supported in your mission by the General Management and by our structured and efficient transversal services:

• Recruitment / HR Department
• Service center for pre-sales support and fixed price production for engineering and infrastructure activities
• Administrative / Payroll / Accounting / Billing / Purchasing Department

You have a technical or commercial background and have significant experience in the sale of IT services in your region.

You have an entrepreneurial spirit and a recognized talent for conquering new markets and for leading and uniting teams around your project. You appreciate challenges such as start-ups.
