The data collected through the Contact form are based on the legitimate interest of Sully Group to collect these data in order to respond to questions or requests for information. The data collected are :

• E-mail address
• Message

Who will have access to this data? For how long ?

The information you enter on the de Sully Group website may be stored for de Sully Group's exclusive use and will not be shared with third parties.

• If you are a candidate for a position and you are not selected, we will delete all information you have shared with us no later than 2 years after the end of the recruitment process.
• If you are a prospect without an established contractual or business relationship, we will not retain your data beyond 3 years after the last contact with you.
• Finally, the login information we collect for the security, maintenance and improvement purposes mentioned in our cookie policy will not be retained beyond 13 months after collection.
