Sully Tech Talk: The digital experts speak

A Tech Talk is a 30-minute to 1-hour webinar, hosted by a volunteer, on a technical subject related to our offerings. It's an interactive presentation or workshop, followed by free discussion. Tech Talks are open to all our employees, who can participate live or take advantage of replays.

This may involve cross-functional issues such as :

• Ecodesign and the RGESN
• Accessibility and the RGAA
• Agile principles and their effective application in projects

Or topics linked to tools and technologies, such as :

• Collaboration between designers and developers with Figma Dev Mode
• Cross-platform mobile development with Kotlin
• Code analysis strategies with SonarQube
• Application security with Defect Dojo

Employees suggest topics. The product managers approve them and help prepare the webinar. It's very open-ended, we just make sure that the programming is balanced and embraces all our offers.

Tech Talks are a response to the missions of our Offer Managers, namely to promote our know-how and develop skills. Their aim is to :

• Communicate, in particular to new arrivals, about our offerings, methodologies, tools and experts.
• Remind them of strategic challenges and showcase best practices, based on concrete feedback from employees.
• Encourage interdisciplinary sharing.
• Refine knowledge and challenge the state of the art.

Tech Talks provide an opportunity to explore forward-looking topics, emerging tools, new developments... They encourage collective learning, cross-functional collaboration and agile organization.
